Parent Permission Letter	This letter will allow each child to create accounts to the various tools we will use in class.

CCSD Acceptable Use Policy English Spanish	This handbook explains the Acceptable Use Policy of CCSD regarding the use of computers, the Internet, and other CCSD provided technology.
CCSD Network Access Form English Spanish	Each student must have one of these forms on file with the school. You may print this file at home and turn it in to me ASAP. This form also includes a Media Release that gives CCSD permission to use your child's first name and likeness on any school and district website and printed material.
